Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a nice stay with spacious rooms and a great view across to the Alcazar and the Cathedral. However, the room was a bit of a disappointment considering the reputation of the Parador network. The service, while they couldn't do enough in the restaurant which offered good food, WiFi, parking, and city views, was not as friendly as expected. The location is exceptional, facing the hill of the old town of Segovia, but was slightly spoiled by unprofessional staff. Dining had a great range of food, but it was noted to be poor value for money.
I had a great stay at this hotel with amazing views of Segovia from my room. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and tidy, offering a pleasant stay. The service provided was excellent, with friendly staff who were patient and responsive. The location, although not walking distance to Segovia, was impressive overlooking the city. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good choice of dishes. Overall, a fantastic hotel with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a lovely view of the city from my room, and the quick check-in process was a plus. However, the service seemed uninterested and more focused on selling breakfast than helping guests. The location, slightly outside the city, offered a magnificent view of old Segovia, but the hotel felt a bit rundown. The dining experience was enjoyable with various salad options at a reasonable price. Despite some drawbacks, my stay was comfortable and offered gorgeous city views.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The views from my small terrace of the Alcazar and Cathedral were magnificent, and the hotel is of good quality, situated on a hillside. The staff at the Reception were friendly and helpful, but the service on the checkout day felt a bit condescending. The location provides unparalleled views of the old city, but it's not very convenient for evening strolls. The dining experience was pleasant with great views, but the options were limited compared to nearby restaurants.
The hotel staff seemed understaffed as they rushed around in a panic, struggling to keep up with clearing tables and replenishing food fast enough. The rooms were basic like any run-of-the-mill business hotel, a bit small but clean and well-appointed.
